Bydand Recruitment Group is seeking an Associate to Principal Associate in Private Client. The role is based across multiple UK locations including Manchester, Birmingham, Bristol and Thames Valley.

You will handle wills, trusts, estate planning and probate, while guiding clients on LPAs and related tax matters. Ideal candidates will have 6+ years PQE in private wealth, strong client care and the ability to work independently within a collaborative team.

Summary

Job title: Associate - Principal Associate

Location: Manchester, Birmingham, Bristol, Thames Valley

Salary: Up to £85,000 DoE

Reports to: Head of Private Client

Experience: 6+ years’ PQE in private client law

The Role

The successful applicant will manage a varied caseload covering:

• Drafting wills and trusts
• Advising on estate planning and tax matters
• Administering estates and navigating probate processes
• Providing clear guidance on Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
