Job summary

A leading law firm in Belfast is seeking a solicitor to join their Private Client team. You will advise individuals and families on wealth preservation, succession and personal legal matters, handling a diverse caseload.

You will also advise on wills, trusts, probate, estate administration, tax planning, gifts and equity releases, and manage Enduring Powers of Attorney, Office of Care and Protection applications, charity law, living wills and care home matters.

Qualifications

• 0-8 years’ PQE.
• Private client background.
• Excellent academics.
• Team player.

Responsibilities

• Advise individuals and families on wealth preservation, succession and personal legal matters.
• Advise on wills, trusts, probate, estate administration, tax planning, gifts and equity releases.
