We are instructed by a well-established and highly respected law firm based in the Richmond area looking to recruit an experienced Private Client Solicitor (1+ PQE) to support the continued growth of its private client practice.

Role Overview

The appointed solicitor will handle a broad and high-quality private client caseload, including:

• Wills and succession planning
• Probate and estate administration
• Trusts and trust administration
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Advising a loyal and predominantly high-net-worth client base

The position offers a high level of autonomy, alongside support from senior colleagues, and the opportunity to play a key role in the future development of the department.

Candidate Requirements

• Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 1 years’ post-qualification experience in private client work
