This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced solicitor looking to manage their own caseload, take full ownership of files and work on high-quality Private Client matters, while benefiting from genuine long-term career progression.

The Role

You will take responsibility for managing your own portfolio of Private Client matters from initial instruction through to completion.

Your work will include:

• Wills and estate planning
• Probate and estate administration
• Trusts and estate planning
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Inheritance Tax planning
• Advising high-net-worth individuals and families
• Managing files independently from instruction to completion
• Drafting and reviewing legal documentation
• Managing client relationships and providing high-quality legal advice
• Liaising with executors, beneficiaries and other professional advisers
• Ensuring files are managed efficiently and in accordance with regulatory requirements

About You

The ideal candidate will be a qualified Private Client Solicitor with strong experience managing their own caseload.

You will ideally have:

• Proven experience managing Private Client files independently
• Strong technical knowledge across Wills, Probate, Trusts and Estate Planning
• Excellent client-care and communication skills
• Strong organisational and file-management abilities
