Liberty Towers in Essex is seeking a Private Client Solicitor with 2+ years PQE to join its growing team. You will advise on wills, probate, LPAs and Court of Protection, delivering a personal, client‑focussed service from initial meeting to matter conclusion.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with 2 years+ PQE.

This is an opportunity to play a key role in supporting both existing and new clients, providing expert legal guidance with a personal touch. You’ll help ensure every client feels listened to, respected and reassured, delivering a first-class service from the initial conversation through to the successful conclusion of their matter.

Day-to-day responsibilities

You’ll provide tailored legal advice and help maintain the exceptional, personable service the firm is known for. Your responsibilities will include:

• Building trusted client relationships through professionalism, empathy and a seamless, supportive service.
• Meeting clients both in person and remotely, creating a comfortable environment where they feel heard and well supported.
• Providing clear, sensitive and practical legal advice that reflects each client’s individual circumstances.
• Managing a varied caseload covering Wills, Probate, LPAs and Court of Protection cases.
• Drafting legal documents accurately, with excellent attention to detail.
• Maintaining high standards of file management and ensuring compliance with SRA regulations.
• Working collaboratively with the team to achieve monthly targets and KPIs.
• Contributing to the continued growth of the firm’s brand by identifying new opportunities and developing strong, lasting relationships.
