Job summary

Austen Lloyd Limited is seeking a Private Client Solicitor in a Surrey market town for a mid to senior level role at a respected multi-office law firm. You will handle a full range of private client matters and lead or support a small team.

You should be a solicitor or qualified legal executive with experience in Trusts, Wills, Probate, Taxation, IHT and Estate Management. STEP qualification or progress would be advantageous. Excellent firm reputation and confidential recruitment.

Qualifications

• Must be a solicitor or qualified legal executive with experience in private client matters (Trusts, Wills, Probate, Tax, IHT, Elderly client, Court of Protection, Estate Management).
• Mid to senior level with some team leadership or management experience.
• STEP qualification or working towards it would be advantageous, but not essential.

• Possibly lead a small team or contribute to management duties.
• Develop and maintain an enviable client base with a discreet appointment process.

This is a discreet appointment and applications for this position will be treated in the utmost confidence. The position has the potential to develop rapidly, with further progression within the firm.

You will need to be a solicitor or qualified legal executive, with experience in a full range of private client matters such as Trusts, Wills, Probate, Taxation, IHT, Elderly client, Court of Protection and Estate Management gained at a respected firm.

This is a mid to senior position, which will require some team leading or management experience. STEP qualification or working towards such would be an advantage here but is not essential.
