Hawthorne-Finch Talent Solutions is supporting a respected firm in Corby to appoint an experienced Private Client Solicitor (Wills, Trusts, LPAs). You will manage your own caseload, advise on wills, LPAs and probate, and play a key role in building a local client base while collaborating with commercial teams across Northamptonshire.

Private Client Solicitor (Wills, Trusts, LPAs)

Location: Corby

Salary: £45,000 to £60,000 plus bonus and benefits

Experience: 3+ years' PQE (or equivalent)

If you're a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive who enjoys running matters end-to-end, takes pride in technical quality, and wants a role where you can build a strong local profile, this is a great opportunity in Corby.

Our client is looking to appoint an experienced private client fee earner into their Corby office, servicing clients across Northamptonshire. You'll be trusted to manage your own caseload independently, with the support of a well-established firm that values work-life balance, long-term careers and high standards of client care.

This role will suit someone who is confident advising across core private client work and who enjoys building relationships. You'll also work closely with colleagues in the Commercial teams in Corby, developing relationships with commercial clients and building a sustainable pipeline locally.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing a varied private client caseload independently, including:
• Wills
• Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
• Probate, estates and administration
• Estate and inheritance planning
• Trusts
• Providing clear, practical advice and delivering a high standard of client service
• Building relationships with commercial colleagues and supporting referrals from commercial clients
• Contributing to business development in Corby, including networking and developing new local contacts
• Maintaining strong file management, accuracy and compliance standards

What We're Looking For

• Solicitor (England and Wales) or CILEX Lawyer / Chartered Legal Executive
• Ideally 3+ years' PQE (or equivalent) in private client work
• Technically competent across wills, probate and estate planning
• Confident managing your own caseload without day-to-day supervision
• Strong client care and communication skills
• A proactive mindset and genuine interest in business development and building a local caseload
