Your new role

In your new role, you will be closely supporting the Tax Partner to deliver the best tax advisory services in the area. You will manage a small team, conducting appraisals, providing coaching, and ensuring they receive the right support for their development. Additionally, you will handle your own portfolio of clients, ensuring relevant meetings are attended and appropriate advice is provided.

What you'll need to succeed

You should demonstrate strong technical knowledge in private client tax. You must have excellent research skills in complex tax areas and be comfortable working with colleagues at all levels, from junior staff to senior management. Ideally, you will hold a CTA/ACA (or equivalent) qualification.
