Job summary

Venn Group is representing a regional East Midlands firm seeking a Senior Private Client Solicitor, Legal Executive or existing Partner to lead a busy private client team.

You will manage probate and estate administration, wills, LPAs, and related work for an established client base, enjoying a senior role with influence and a clear path to equity partnership.

Qualifications

• 6+ years PQE in private client work, ideally probate and estate administration.
• Experience handling wills, LPAs and related private client matters.
• Strong client relationship skills with business development awareness.

An established regional in the East Midlands is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor, Legal Executive or existing Partner to take on a senior position within its team.

This is an excellent opportunity to inherit a strong and consistent pipeline of work, including an established client base and will bank, while taking on a prominent role within a well-regarded regional practice.

The Opportunity

You will be responsible for managing a broad range of private client matters, with particular emphasis on probate and estate administration.

Your caseload will also include wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and other associated private client work.

With an established flow of instructions and longstanding client relationships already in place, this role offers the opportunity to step into a busy and well-supported practice without needing to build a caseload entirely from scratch.

The firm would be keen to speak with:

• Experienced Private Client Solicitors or Legal Executives, ideally with 6+ years' PQE
• Lawyers with strong experience in probate and estate administrationCommercially minded lawyers with excellent client relationship skills
