QED Legal seeks a Private Client Paralegal to join a forward-thinking high street practice with a supportive Private Client team. You will assist on Wills, Trusts and Probate matters, liaising with clients and HMRC while working under supervision in a hybrid setting.

Qualifications

• Experience as a paralegal in Private Client law.

• Draft Wills and support Trust and Probate files.

You will assist with a broad range of Private Client matters, including Wills, Trusts, and Probate, working closely with experienced fee earners. Key Responsibilities

• Assisting fee earners with a varied caseload of Private Client matters
• Drafting Wills and supporting on Trust and Probate files
• Liaising with clients, third parties, and HMRC where required
• Managing files from instruction through to completion under supervision

Candidate Criteria

• Previous experience working as a Paralegal within Private Client law
• Exposure to Wills, Probate, and/or Trust matters
• Strong client care skills and ability to build lasting relationships
• Highly organised with the ability to manage deadlines effectively
