Job summary

Workshop Recruitment is seeking a Private Client Legal Assistant / Paralegal in Petersfield. You will support the Private Client team with day-to-day legal and administrative tasks, working closely with solicitors to handle wills, probate, estate administration and trusts.

A professional, client-focused approach is essential. Ideal candidates will have prior Private Client experience or broader legal support background, strong communication, and excellent organisational skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Private Client legal environment is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day legal and administrative support to the Private Client team.
• Assist with matters relating to Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, Trusts and LPAs.
• Prepare and amend legal documents and correspondence.
• Open, maintain and close client files.
• Liaise with clients and relevant parties.
• Prepare documents for meetings and client communications.
