About the Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload of private client matters, including:

• Will drafting
• Tax planning
• Estate administration
• Trust administration
• Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
• Court of Protection matters

You should have:

• Literacy Skills: Good literacy skills and understand the importance of secretarial/administrative support
• Technical Skills: Is proficient in MS Word and other Office products.
• Professional Experience: Has experience working in a professional environment, preferably a law firm
• Team Player: Is a good team player with a willingness to support others and a positive "can-do" attitude
• Personal Traits: Is enthusiastic, flexible, efficient and possesses a friendly manner for dealing with clients and colleagues
