Job summary

Frasia Wright Associates in Edinburgh seeks an experienced Private Client Partner to lead and grow the firm's Private Client offering. You will steer complex matters and nurture long-term client relationships, driving strategic development within a collaborative, respected Scottish practice.

You will bring six-plus years PQE, strong Wills, Trusts and Estate planning expertise, and a proven ability to expand client service and market position in a competitive environment.

Qualifications

• Requires at least six years post-qualification experience in Private Client.
• Strong technical expertise in Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Estate Planning and Executries.
• Proven ability to develop and nurture long-term client relationships.

The successful candidate will play a central role in leading and shaping the firm's Private Client offering, overseeing complex matters, and nurturing long-term client relationships within a collaborative and well-regarded Edinburgh practice. They will also bring the strategic vision and commercial drive needed to expand the Private Client business and strengthen its long-term market position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and developing the firm's Private Client offering, with an emphasis on strategic growth and service excellence.
• Managing complex Private Client matters, including Wills, Powers of Attorney, Trusts, Estate Planning and Executries.
• Building, maintaining, and expanding long-term client relationships through clear communication and tailored advice.
• Driving forward the development of the Private Client business, contributing creatively and strategically to its growth.
• Working collaboratively with an experienced team to deliver high-quality legal services.

The firm is seeking someone with at least six years' post-qualification experience in Private Client work, strong technical expertise, and a proven ability to develop client relationships.
