Job summary

Fisher Investments Europe is seeking a Private Client Onboarding Administrator to provide operational support to the Onboarding team in London. You will prepare materials for client meetings, input data for portfolio analyses, and generate cash flow simulations while coordinating with third-party providers.

The role requires a university degree, strong communication, and a proactive, collaborative mindset to support high-volume, accurate output in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• A University degree or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Goal oriented, responsible, and self-motivated.
• Highly reliable and collaborative, supports high-volume output.
• Interest in pursuing a career in investment management.

Responsibilities

• Input data to generate Morningstar fund mappings.
• Input data to generate cash flow simulations.
• Format client reports using Word, Excel, Adobe and PowerPoint.
• Upload, mail and pre-fill client documentation.
• Follow up with third party providers to confirm receipt of documents.
• Assist with additional ad-hoc tasks for the department.
