Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year within IFA Administration or supporting financial advisers.
• Knowledge of investment products including ISAs, GIAs, pensions and bonds.
• Experience using a CRM system.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding new clients and supporting existing clients through their service journey.
• Building great working relationships with colleagues, clients and advisers within your team.
• Communicating with clients and advisers via phone, email and other channels.
• Contributing positively to team morale and ways of working.
• Getting involved in wider business projects as they arise.
