Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• 5+ years of experience in institutional financial Operations/Onboarding.

Responsibilities

• On-board new institutional segregated and fund accounts and coordinate with internal teams.
• Serve as SME for international institutional funds and separately managed accounts.
• Research and resolve operational issues for international accounts, sometimes with other groups.
• Assist Relationship Managers with complex client service requests.
• Develop and implement workflows and process improvements for international accounts.
• Coordinate with international custodians to support trading and account operations.
• Understand and document compliance issues and draft policies and procedures.
• Assist with contract negotiations between clients and internal teams.
