Private Client NQ - 5 PQE Solicitor - Bristol

Are you looking to build your career in private client law with a respected and supportive team? This is your chance to join one of the South West's leading private client practices which is highly ranked in the Legal 500.

We're seeking a motivated and personable Solicitor of NQ - 5 years PQE to join their growing Wills, Probate, Trusts and Mental Capacity team. You'll work closely with a wide range of clients, helping them plan for the future with confidence and compassion.

The successful candidate can expect to advise on a broad spectrum of private client matters, including:

• Drafting Wills and trusts
• Probate and estate administration
• Inheritance tax and wealth preservation strategies
• Succession planning for individuals and families
• Mental capacity issues, including LPAs and Court of Protection work

Candidate Requirements:

• 0-5 years' PQE in private client law
• Solid experience in Wills, probate, and estate planning
• A client-focused approach with excellent communication skills
• STEP membership and/or SFE accreditation is a plus-but not essential
• A genuine interest in helping clients navigate sensitive life decisions
