This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to step into a Legal Director role at a firm that’s growing fast—with a clear vision to become the UK’s number one private client practice.

Led by a nationally respected private client leader and former STEP Yorkshire Chair, the firm is investing heavily in building out its regional teams and supporting experienced lawyers to develop niche areas of specialism.

You’ll work on some of the most complex matters in the market—whether your focus is international estates, HNW family structures, agricultural wealth, or personal injury trusts. Who we’re looking for

• A Private Client Solicitor with extensive experience, ideally operating at Legal Director level
• Solid track record in complex estates, tax, trusts, and succession planning
• Experience or specialism in areas like cross-border estates, business wealth, or agriculture preferred
• STEP qualified (or working towards it)
• A natural leader with a collaborative mindset and a commercial approach
