Job summary

BWF Legal Recruitment represents a high street practice across Hertfordshire, Essex and Cambridgeshire seeking a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to take over a caseload including Wills, Probate, Trusts and LPAs.

You will handle tax and estate planning matters, have an ambitious, commercial mindset, and contribute to developing the department. Hybrid working, secretarial support, your own office and parking are provided.

Qualifications

• Private client experience focusing on Wills, Probate and Trusts.
• Experience in tax planning and estate planning for high-net-worth clients.
• Familiarity with lasting powers of attorney (LPAs).

Responsibilities

• Take over a financially rewarding caseload of private client matters and manage your own files.
• Develop the department and attend networking events as needed.
• Work with the firm owner to maintain high quality service and business growth.
