Job summary

BWF Legal Recruitment is recruiting for a Private Client Lawyer to join a growing private practice in the UK. This newly created role sits within a strategic expansion plan and offers a varied caseload across wills, estates, probate, trusts and tax planning.

You will work with a proactive team, manage your own caseload with autonomy, and contribute to the development of the private client offering while benefiting from comprehensive benefits and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Varied caseload spanning the full breadth of private client work, including wills, estates, probate, trusts and tax planning.
• Exposure to Court of Protection work and assistance with Lasting Powers of Attorney.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload with autonomy while collaborating with a supportive team.
• Contribute to the office culture and ongoing development of the private client group.
• Provide proactive, hands-on service to clients and manage multiple priorities effectively.
