Job summary

Ocorian in Bermuda is seeking a senior leader to oversee a portfolio of high-value private client structures, working closely with the Head of Private Client Bermuda to deliver exceptional service and growth. You will lead a high-performing team, coach and mentor staff, drive business development, deepen client relationships, and represent the firm at industry events.

The role requires extensive experience in trust and fiduciary services, board interaction, and strong commercial acumen to expand

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years' experience within the trust and fiduciary industry, including significant management-level responsibility.
• Demonstrated experience leading teams, developing talent and delivering strong business and client outcomes.
• Proven success in business development, client relationship management and working with high-net-worth individuals and their advisers.
• Experience representing organisations at industry events, conferences or professional seminars, and serving on boards or working closely with board-level stakeholders are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of complex private client structures, ensuring exceptional service delivery and long-term client satisfaction.
• Lead, coach and develop team members, creating a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Support workforce and succession planning, identifying future talent needs and developing internal capability through mentoring and coaching.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, intermediaries and key stakeholders, identifying opportunities to deepen relationships and expand services.
• Represent Ocorian externally, strengthening market presence and helping drive new business opportunities across the wider organisation.
• Monitor market trends, client needs and competitor activity to support strategic growth and enhance service offerings.
• Identify and pursue cross-selling and business development opportunities through strong commercial awareness and client insight.
• Work closely with internal service lines and support functions to ensure operational excellence and effective delivery of client solutions.
• Oversee financial management activities including timely billing, cash collection and overall portfolio profitability.
• Support the development and implementation of policies, procedures and operational improvements that enhance efficiency, governance and client outcomes.
