Job summary

Origin Legal International seeks a Senior Associate/Counsel in Bermuda to handle high-quality, complex trust and private wealth matters for UHNW clients and family offices. You will join a small, thriving practice and lead on your own matters, with client management and business development responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Overseas qualified lawyers must be admitted in the UK or an equivalent Commonwealth jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 6 years’ Call/PQE; more senior lawyers are encouraged to apply.
• Experience advising UHNW private clients on trusts and private wealth matters with either a leading onshore or offshore firm.

Responsibilities

• Lead on own matters and play a key role in client management and business development.
• Advise UHNW individuals, family offices, trusts and institutions on a broad range of non-contentious and contentious matters.
• Join a small, ambitious team with a collegiate culture and grow into a leadership role.
