Origin Legal International is recruiting an experienced Senior Associate/Counsel in Bermuda to handle high‑quality trust and private wealth matters for UHNW individuals and family offices. You will work on a mix of onshore and offshore matters, including contentious and non‑contentious trusts, with a high‑caliber international client base.

Qualifications

It will be a varied role, advising UHNW individuals and the family offices, trusts, and institutions that service them, on a broad range of non-contentious and contentious matters.

Requirements

• Overseas qualified lawyers (solicitor advocate or barrister) must be admitted in the UK or an equivalent Commonwealth jurisdiction (such as Australia, New Zealand, Canada or South Africa).
• Likely to suit someone with a minimum of 6 years’ Call/PQE (more senior lawyers are encouraged to apply).
• Experience of advising UHNW private clients on trusts and private wealth matters with either a leading onshore or offshore firm.

Package

• Low-tax salary, negotiable depending on experience.
