• Minimum of six years' post-qualification experience.
• Experience in non-contentious and semi-contentious private client work including trust drafting, will drafting, wealth structuring.
• Offshore, UK or Commonwealth qualified.

Responsibilities

• Advise professional trustees, private individuals, financial institutions and charities on trust and private wealth matters.
• Draft and review trust deeds and wills.
• Provide wealth structuring and family office planning advice.
• Offer regulatory/compliance guidance where needed.
