Job summary

Actis Recruitment is assisting a well established Private Client Team with recruitment across levels, including team leader roles. The firm supports STEP accreditation and will back career development.

A diverse client base includes wealthy individuals, entrepreneurs and business owners. The successful candidate will handle the full spectrum of private client work, with a focus on estates, wills, trusts, and tax planning, while benefiting from a supportive leadership culture and flexible/hybrid

Qualifications

• STEP accreditation is preferred or a clear path to this qualification will be supported.
• Experience in private client matters and ability to manage client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Instructed across full spectrum of private client services.
• Assessing estates for potential tax liabilities and advising on wills.
• Estate and wealth protection measures; obtaining Grants and administering Estates.
• Living Wills and Letters of Wishes; lifetime gifts and tax issues.
• Elderly Client Advice; trusts administration and advising trustees.
• Court of Protection advice and applications.

Well established Private Client Team, which enjoys an excellent reputation, is looking to recruit at various levels (including team leader at one branch office).

Ideally, you will be STEP accredited or looking to work towards this, which the firm will support you on.

Instructed by a diverse range of clients including wealthy clients, entrepreneurs and business owners, the quality of work is excellent. The firm as a whole serves regional businesses and the local community and as such an interesting mix of clients.

You will be engaged in the full spectrum of private client services including:

• Estate & wealth protection measures,
• Obtaining Grants and administering Estates Lasting Powers of Attorney,
• Living Wills and Letters of Wishes,
• Lifetime gifts and tax issues,
• Elderly Client Advice,
• Trusts administration and advising trustees,
• Court of Protection advice and applications
