Yolk Recruitment Ltd in Gloucestershire is partnering with a well-established practice to recruit a Private Client Solicitor (3+ PQE) for a broad, relationship-focused role spanning wills, probate, LPAs, trusts and agricultural estates.

The role offers hybrid and flexible working in Stonehouse or Stroud, with a salary up to £70,000 plus bonus. You'll support farming clients and collaborate on rural property matters while developing professionally within a supportive team.

We're working with a well-established independent Gloucestershire practice that was created with a clear vision: to combine exceptional legal advice with a more personal, community-focused approach. The Opportunity:

You'll join an experienced and highly regarded Private Client team undertaking a broad range of work including:

• Wills and estate planning


• Probate and estate administration


• Lasting Powers of Attorney


• Trusts and inheritance tax planning


• Advising farming and landowning clients


• Succession planning involving agricultural estates


• Working closely with property matters connected to rural and agricultural clients

The agricultural focus makes this role particularly interesting. An appreciation of property issues arising within farming families, land ownership and rural estates would be highly advantageous, although candidates from a wider private client background with an interest in developing this expertise are encouraged to apply.
