Job summary

Yolk Recruitment Limited in Bristol is seeking an Associate Solicitor to join its Private Client practice. The role offers hybrid and flexible working, with a salary up to £75,000 plus bonus.

You will work on wills, estate planning, trusts, probate and cross-border matters for high-net-worth clients, with opportunities for progression and client development within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Private Client Solicitor with around 3+ PQE and strong grounding in wills, trusts, estates and succession planning.
• Experience with HNW or UHNW clients and cross-border work is advantageous.
• Excellent client-focused approach and commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Handle wills, estate planning and succession strategies.
• Create and manage trusts, including tax planning.
• Oversee complex probate and estate administration with high-value assets.
• Inheritances tax planning and wealth preservation advice.
• Manage cross-border estates and multi-jurisdictional arrangements.
• Handle Court of Protection and capacity matters.

The Work:

• Wills, estate planning and succession strategies.
• Trust creation, administration and tax planning.
• Complex probate and estate administration, including substantial family and business assets.
• Inheritance tax planning and wealth preservation.
• Cross-border estates, international assets and multi-jurisdictional arrangements.
• Court of Protection and capacity matters.

Who Would Suit This?

A Private Client Solicitor with around 3+ PQE, with a strong grounding in wills, trusts, estates and succession planning, and an interest in developing their experience with high-value clients and complex matters. Experience with HNW or UHNW clients and cross-border work would be advantageous, alongside strong technical ability, commercial awareness and a client-focused approach.
