Job Opportunity: Associate in Private Client Team

Join a leading City firm as an Associate in its esteemed Private Client team. The team offers trust and tax advisory services to a diverse clientele, including individuals, trustees (onshore and offshore), executors, personal representatives, and Court of Protection Deputies. They specialise in safeguarding the interests of individuals lacking mental capacity and provide comprehensive UK tax planning, including lifetime tax planning, tax-efficient will structuring, and post-death strategies. Their clients include UK residents, non-UK domiciliaries with UK ties, and individuals with UK-based assets or family interests.

Experience required:

• Qualified in England and Wales or in a common law jurisdiction with UK experience.
• At least 1 year PQE in a recognised Private Client practice.
• Ability to provide practical, clear advice.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Minimum 2:1 degree with excellent academic achievement.
• Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and a self-starter with initiative.
