Job summary

TN Recruits Ltd is recruiting a Private Client Lawyer for its Canterbury team to handle wills, probate and estate administration. You will advise on trusts, inheritance tax and succession planning for a varied client base, including business owners and farming families.

The role requires 2+ years' PQE in private client, a solicitor or chartered legal executive, and a collaborative, client-focused approach. Benefits include 9am-5pm, 25 days' leave, 7.5% employer pension, Bupa, Perkbox and STEP

An established law firm is seeking a Private Client Lawyer to join its welcoming Canterbury team, bringing experience and sound judgement to a busy department.

About the role

The Private Client Lawyer will:

• Manage matters covering wills, probate and estate administration.
• Advise on trusts, inheritance tax and succession planning.
• Work with a varied client base, including business owners and agricultural families.
• Contribute to day-to-day team decisions and support junior colleagues where appropriate.

What we are looking for

• A qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 2+ years' PQE in private client.
• Confidence managing a caseload and making considered decisions.
