Henderson Scott is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join our Tunbridge Wells team for a senior, partnership-track role. The successful candidate will handle complex matters for high-net-worth individuals and families, building a premier private client practice.

The role emphasises strategic development, client base expansion and long-term career progression within a growing department in a flexible, hybrid working environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years' experience in private client law.
• Strong technical expertise across wills, trusts, probate and tax planning.
• Experience advising high-net-worth individuals.
• Proven business development and networking skills.
• Established profile within Kent or wider South East market.
• STEP qualification would be advantageous.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a senior private client lawyer looking to take on a strategic role within a growing practice. The Role

You will advise a broad range of high-net-worth individuals, families and business owners on complex private client matters, while playing an active role in the continued growth and development of the department.

The team has an excellent reputation in the Kent market and continues to attract high-quality instructions, providing an excellent platform for a senior lawyer looking to further develop their profile and client base.
