Job summary

UK Staffing Group is partnering with a leading independent broker to recruit a Private Client Account Executive. You will focus on developing new business opportunities and building long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients, while leveraging an existing book of business.

Reporting to the Head of Private Client, you will work in a hybrid/remote setup, with significant autonomy to design your approach and grow your own portfolio within a supportive leadership team committed to expanding

Qualifications

• Experience within Private Client or High Net Worth insurance.
• Proven background in insurance broking.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Confident in developing new business opportunities.
• Excellent communication and client management abilities.
• Proactive and entrepreneurial approach.

Responsibilities

• Generate new Private Client business through networking and relationship building.
• Develop and manage relationships with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients.
• Convert referrals into long-term client relationships.
• Build and maintain relationships with professional introducers and key contacts.
• Arrange and advise on a broad range of Private Client insurance solutions.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across the wider business to maximise opportunities.
• Deliver exceptional client service while growing your own portfolio.
