Qualifications

• England & Wales qualified solicitor with NQ-3 PQE.
• Experience as a generalist property lawyer within a Private Client context (Private Property).
• Interest in landed estates, agricultural or rural property work desirable.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Providing clear, succinct and practical legal advice.
• Managing a substantial and varied workload with appropriate supervision.
• Drafting accurately and logically, using precedents where appropriate.
• Applying a commercial approach to research and advice.
• Supporting partners with client marketing and business development activity.
• Contributing to divisional knowledge and know how initiatives.
• Ensuring compliance with all SRA regulatory obligations.
