Your new role

The Private Client team is growing its local team in the North East. You will be responsible for assisting the local Partner team to grow and expand the Private Client advisory offering in the region – both advising existing clients and developing new relationships.

Delivering on advisory work and involved in growing the business and developing the team. The role will involve CGT, IHT, trusts, residence, succession and shareholder planning.

It is essential that the successful candidate has experience in private client tax advisory work.

Skills / experience needed:

1. You will be currently operating at Associate Director / Senior Manager level or are ready to step up.
2. Personal Taxation advisory experience
3. Strong tax technical skills
4. Client-facing experience is desirable
5. Ability to manage and deliver tax planning advisory work
6. Self-motivated team player

What you'll need to succeed

1. CTA, ICAEW, ICAS or STEP qualified
2. Minimum of 3 years working in tax
