Role Summary

We are looking for a motivated Property Litigation Associate to join a busy and dynamic Private Client department. The successful candidate will take on real responsibility from day one and will have the opportunity to build a client base while working on a diverse range of high‑profile Private Wealth matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide independent advice and representation in high‑profile property litigation matters.
  • Support clients with asset protection, wealth, succession and tax planning across individuals, families, trustees, owner‑managed businesses, family offices, estates and charities.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in international and domestic wealth planning, including complex tax issues.
  • Assist senior partners in business development and client relationship management.
  • Prepare and deliver clear, client‑facing documents and legal opinions.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including litigation and tax specialists.
Required Qualifications
  • 1 – 3 years PQE (England & Wales) as a Private Client Solicitor.
  • Commercial awareness and a strong enthusiasm for developing sector knowledge.
  • Team‑oriented approach with the flexibility to thrive in a hybrid working environment.
  • Excellent organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail and clear communication ability.
  • Professional experience in a fast‑paced, client‑focused setting.
