Job description

We are actively looking for an Account Handler to join our growing Private Clients team. This is a great opportunity to develop your experience and career within High-net-worth insurance. You will be responsible for building rapport with an existing book of clients and working closely with the wider team to achieve objectives.

About you:

• You will have experience developing and building long-lasting relationships with Private or HNW Clients.
• You must have a passion for excellent customer service, as this role involves working with existing clients and supporting their needs.
• You are able to work closely with colleagues to support larger accounts from start to finish, including attending meetings, taking notes, communicating with insurers, and managing renewal presentations and terms.
• You will be tenacious and curious about business, enabling you to identify and explore opportunities for clients to achieve the best outcomes.
• You are willing to learn, as every day will present new challenges. This role offers a chance to expand your insurance knowledge and become Cert CII qualified.
• You are consultative, able to question effectively, and an active listener. You will fully understand client requirements and advise on suitable products and solutions, always aiming for a 'path to yes'.
