Job summary

The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust in Sutton is seeking a Private Care Coordinator to manage patient registrations and the financial pathway for private patients. The role focuses on accurate data capture, bookings, and ensuring funding is in place before treatment.

You will work 37.5 hours weekly, Monday to Friday, within the Private Care Accounts Team, across Sutton and related locations, delivering excellent customer service and cross-covering as required.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 4 or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience with MS Excel and MS Word.
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and ensure accurate data entry.
• Coordinate private care bookings and patient pathways.
• Ensure financial status is secured prior to treatment.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and cross-cover as needed.
• Work across sites to support Private Care administration.
