Qualifications

• Graduate with 3+ years marketing experience.
• Experience in a professional services organisation or in the legal services sector would be a significant advantage.
• Knowledge of, and interest in, business and the economy.
• Good communication skills both written and oral.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with partners, key associates, and business development colleagues, clients and suppliers.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Manage the firm’s private capital client relationships, supporting relationship managers and ad-hoc on strategic client lists and sector projects.
• Produce client-facing materials, including client relationship statements/reports, major proposals/panel pitches, client presentations and monthly/quarterly reports.
• Prepare for and attend internal meetings to agree client targeting plans and monitor progress against objectives.
• Develop client research and analysis covering strategy, structures, financials, key contacts and market developments.
• Coordinate client targeting initiatives and client events, training and outreach.
• Support firm-wide initiatives and internal communications for the global client team.
• Maintain client information and trackers, including Dynamics, and ensure data currency.
