You will support managers, learn the client journey, and gradually take on more client-facing responsibilities as you progress through the programme.

Qualifikationen

• Must meet apprenticeship and academic entry requirements for a BSc (Hon) Degree in Applied Finance.
• Be available to work full-time from October 2027 for 4 years.
• Have obtained 5 GCSEs at a minimum of grade 4/C.
• Have obtained, or expected to obtain, a minimum of BCC across your top 3 A-levels, or equivalent.
• Have been a resident in the UK for the last 3 consecutive years before the start of the Apprenticeship, and have a continued Right to Work in the UK for the full duration of the programme.

Aufgaben

• Support Relationship Managers and specialist colleagues while learning how Private Banking works in practice.
• Build an understanding of the full client journey and how different experts come together to deliver tailored solutions.
• Help prepare for client meetings and support day-to-day relationship activity.
• As confidence grows, take on more responsibility and begin working more directly with clients.
