Job summary

Progeny is recruiting an Investment Manager to deliver high‑quality investment management for private clients and intermediary partners within the PAM team. You will help manage multi‑asset solutions, support fund selection, asset allocation, risk management and client reporting, and drive PAM process improvements.

You will collaborate with Financial Planners, maintain client relationships and contribute to business growth while ensuring compliance with FCA rules and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role with an asset management firm.
• Level 7 CISI qualification or equivalent is required.
• Strong knowledge of investments and stock markets.
• Good understanding of FCA conduct of business rules and suitability.
• Ability to manage competing priorities with accuracy and deadlines.
• Proactive in expanding own expertise and knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage PAM Active solutions within established risk profiles.
• Contribute to PAM through collaboration across investment teams.
• Conduct due diligence on fund allocations and document findings.
• Contribute to active portfolio construction across asset classes.
• Identify opportunities to improve investment processes.
• Prepare materials and participate in weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings.
• Support new client acquisition and asset growth.
• Foster development within Investment teams and collaborate across stakeholders.
• Support marketing by contributing to events and materials.
