Job summary

Modis is seeking a Data Protection Coordinator for a hybrid role in the UK. You will help embed data privacy best practices across IT, Legal, HR and the wider business, ensuring compliant handling of personal data and regulations.

You will manage DSARs, assist with DPIAs, maintain ROPA, and support privacy investigations and regulatory reporting. This role offers a salary package with a quarterly bonus and a strong emphasis on training and development.

Qualifications

• Experience working with UK GDPR and Data Protection legislation.
• Knowledge of managing Data Subject Rights Requests (DSARs).
• Understanding of DPIAs and privacy risk assessments.
• Experience maintaining Records of Processing Activities (ROPA).
• Knowledge of personal data incident management and breach response.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.
• A proactive approach to compliance and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Support the organisation's data protection and privacy programme.
• Coordinate DSARs, including Subject Access Requests and Right to Erasure.
• Assist with Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs).
• Maintain Records of Processing Activities (ROPA).
• Support investigations into data protection incidents and breaches.
• Assist with regulatory reporting requirements where necessary.
• Review privacy implications of projects, systems and third parties.
