Job summary

Pilgrim's Europe is seeking a Privacy Compliance Associate to support data protection across the business, ensuring compliance with UK and EU regulations in a fast-paced, international environment.

This is an early‑career privacy lawyer role with exposure to GDPR, AI projects and global data governance. You’ll work with the DPO on DPIAs, data sharing, notices, DSARs and audits.

Qualifications

  • Qualified lawyer (UK or EU) with 1-3 years PQE.
  • Strong knowledge of GDPR and privacy regulations.
  • Experience handling DSARs, incidents and privacy queries.
  • Ability to draft and review privacy documentation.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder skills.
  • Proactive, organised and detail‑focused.

Responsibilities
