This is an excellent opportunity for a privacy lawyer looking to take a hands-on role within a technology environment, advising the business on UK, EU and international data protection matters, while also supporting the organisation as its AI capabilities and commercial operations continue to grow.
The successful candidate will become a key point of contact for privacy across the business, working closely with Legal, Product, Security, Compliance and wider commercial teams to ensure privacy requirements are effectively embedded into business processes.
The position will have a strong focus on data protection and privacy governance, including advising on GDPR and international privacy requirements, maintaining privacy documentation and supporting data transfer arrangements.
You will also have exposure to AI governance, cybersecurity and commercial technology contracts, making this a varied role for someone who wants to develop their career across the wider technology legal landscape.
We are particularly interested in lawyers with a strong data privacy background, whether gained in private practice or in-house.
