Pinsent Masons LLP is seeking a Privacy and AI Lawyer with around 3-5 PQE to provide practical, commercially focused advice across the firm, working with colleagues in the General Counsel’s Office, business operations teams and client-facing lawyers around the world.

You will help the firm navigate evolving regulatory requirements, manage risk and turn complex issues into clear, workable guidance for stakeholders across different service lines and business units.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years PQE in privacy, data protection and AI
• Experience advising on privacy, data and AI risk in commercial contexts
• Understanding regulatory developments in privacy and AI
• Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation and influencing skills
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work across teams across the firm

Aufgaben

• Advise on privacy, AI, data protection, confidentiality risk UK and internationally
• Research and advise on privacy/AI requirements affecting the firm
• Provide input into client questionnaires and bids on privacy and data
• Carry out Privacy Impact Assessments and AI risk assessments
• Draft privacy notices, policies and clauses and deliver training
• Respond to queries on privacy, AI and data across the business
