Responsibilities

• Participate in selection and induction of prisoners into workshop activities.
• Train prisoners in health and safety procedures and COSHH requirements.
• Set work schedules, monitor productivity and maintain quality standards.
• Supervise and manage prisoners during workshop activities securely and decently.
• Conduct required prisoner searches and maintain security procedures.
• Maintain attendance, pay and work records; contribute to reports.
