Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is looking for a warehouse operative to operate inside HMP Wymott Preston, delivering picking and packing tasks in a prison environment. You will work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend duties and must be flexible for pattern variation. A UK driving licence and transport are required.

The role includes security vetting and working closely with offenders to ensure accurate stock handling and on-time distribution of orders.

Qualifications

• 3 years UK address history required for security clearance.
• Full UK driving licence and own transport.

Responsibilities

• Work inside a prison leading and working alongside offenders in a warehouse.
• Hands-on picking, packing and manual handling (up to 20kg).
• Maintain stock accuracy and keep the operation running smoothly.
• Work to targets as part of a team.
