You will manage medicines, support safety checks, and contribute to training and policy development while working to ensure continuity of care in a secure environment.

The role includes medicines reconciliation, In Possession Risk Assessments, and supervision of junior staff.

Qualifications

• Accurate dispensing and checking of medications.
• Strong communication with patients and staff.
• Ability to supervise juniors and support training.

Responsabilités

• Dispense and label medications accurately.
• Administer medicines at designated points.
• Perform medicines reconciliation and risk assessments.
• Supervise and train staff; act as Technician in Charge.
• Support policy development and audits.
