Qualifications

• Oversee the work of offenders to prepare and cook quality, nutritious meals for the entire establishment.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene regulations in an industrial kitchen.
• Support learning and skill development to help prisoners gain qualifications and improve employability.
