Sanctuary Personnel is seeking a Health and Wellbeing Practitioner for HMP Brixton, Brixton, London. You will manage a caseload of service users with substance misuse needs, delivering one-to-one and group interventions to support recovery.

You will collaborate with healthcare partners and maintain detailed records to aid through-care and resettlement. This full-time, on-site role offers 35 hours per week with a salary up to £27,000 per annum, plus benefits aimed at supporting wellbeing and
