Sanctuary Personnel is seeking a Health and Wellbeing Practitioner for HMP Brixton, Brixton, London. You will manage a caseload of service users with substance misuse needs, delivering one-to-one and group interventions to support recovery.

Job Title: Health and Wellbeing Practitioner – HMP Brixton

Type: Permanent, Full-time (35 hours per week)

We are looking for a dynamic Health and Wellbeing Practitioner to join our team at HMP Brixton. • Support the service in achieving targets, key performance indicators, and continuous improvement.
