Job summary

Red Snapper Recruitment are recruiting for Prison Custody Officers at HMP Millsike. This is a role beyond security, involving direct work with prisoners to promote safety, rehabilitation and respectful environments.

Salary £37,818.90 for 42 hours per week with full training provided; 9-week Initial Training Course and extensive employee benefits are included to support development and wellbeing.

Salary: £37,818.90 | 42 hours per week | Full training provided

Overview of the Role

This is much more than a security role. You will work directly with prisoners, colleagues and partner teams to maintain safety, encourage positive behaviour and support rehabilitation. No previous prison experience is required - we are looking for people with the right values, resilience and attitude.

Training and Benefits
